About us
Adelaide Jesus
Adelaide lived in the United Kingdom from 1982 to 1988, when she moved to the Algarve, having been invited to work in a law firm with headquarters in the United Kingdom and branches in Lisbon and the Algarve, where she remained until the branch moved in 1990.
At that time, she began her collaboration with another law firm, where she stayed until 2001. During this period, she completed her Bachelor’s Degree (LLB) in Law, having joined the Solicitors Association in 2002, the year in which she opened her own Solicitors Office. In 2008 she was awarded the Degree in Solicitors by the Lusofona University of Lisbon.
She has more than thirty-five years of experience, with her own Office opened twenty-one years ago and with full knowledge of the English language, she has directed her experience with clients from not only Portugal, but also from various parts of the world, dealing mainly with matters related to Real Estate, Urbanism, Corporate, succession, Tax, Registry and Notary Law.
Sandra Valente
Member of the Bar Association since 1996. Graduated in Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra. Internship in Leiria at the office of Dr. Adelino Ferreira, where she collaborated until 1998. Between 1999 and 2005 she worked in the legal department of Vale do Lobo, Resort Turístico de Luxo SA. Between 2006 and 2017, she collaborated at the law firm Dra. Élia Apolo and between 2018 and 2022 with Dra. Andrea Viegas. In April 2023, she opened the current office. Fluent in English. Her main areas of practice are real estate transactions, commercial law, labour law and inheritance law.
